Main Spa Night

Whether you are single or in a relationship, a spa day is something that should be done at least twice a month. Every two weeks plan an “in-home” spa day for yourself.

Candlelit Bath

How often do you find the time to sit in the tub and relax? Purchase a few of our wax melts or candles which come in a variety of sizes and scents. Place a few of our wax melts around in a safe well-ventilated area, and drop a few of our bath salts in the tub. Get in and relax! This is a sure way to release that built-up stress while loosening up your muscles! Your mind and body will thank you for it!

Dinner

Once you’ve blown out the tealights from your bath and have gotten yourself together, light a candle, and play some soft music while enjoying your meal. Light Jazz or Smooth R&B music goes well with a hot plate of food. The goal is to RELEASE built-up stress, by any means necessary. Once you’ve completed these steps we can continue to the next.

After Dinner

You have several options…

Turn on your television and watch that movie you’ve been meaning to watch all week. Snuggle up on your sofa with your favorite blanket and enjoy that movie.

Grab a glass of wine and that book you’ve been wanting to read or grab your journal and write that short story you’ve been wanting to write.

Or you may just want to journal. Don’t even think, just write, and allow your emotions to flow.

This is your time to focus on absolutely NOTHING! I can’t say this enough… Let all the worries from today go. I’ll provide a list of a few movies below. Hope you enjoy them and comment below on how your “Spa Day went. Hope you all enjoyed reading my blog.

I just had myself a little spa day. My go to scent is Pine for a relaxing in home spa day. I dont know why but it always puts me in a better mood. I popped a few wax melts in a warmer inside of my bedroom and waited for the aroma to spill into the bathroom as I ran a nice milk bath. I turned the soft pink light setting on my lite globe and let the sounds of 90’s r&b take me into deep relaxation mode.
In home spa days are a must for myself and the kids a well…

The Women of Brewster Place, wow! I haven’t seen that movie in ages. Journaling helps clear your mind. You can let out all of that built up tension, releasing it onto paper. Believe it or not, I have a candlelit bath every night. Showers aren’t my thing. Your blogs are cool. I’ve also added myself to your email list. Thanks
