Return Policy

 

Items must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

Do Not Return damaged/broken merchandise. Please email Apollonia@ApolloniasCrafts.com & be sure to include a photo of the item in your email. 

Refunds / Exchanges will be issued for products that arrive broken/damaged during the delivery process. Safely discard damaged items after your claim is resolved. 

Return Shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.

What if I receive the wrong item in my order?

At times miss-haps can occur. If you receive the wrong merchandise, please, email us and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or a refund. 

To ensure a successful return, you will need to include your 

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Return Address
  • Info on whether you want a exchange or refund

No Refunds will be granted without verification! Order #’s must be included to proceed with your request.

Apollonia’s Candles & Things reserves the right to prorate or refuse any returned item that is damaged, misused, is unsellable or if no proof of purchase has been submitted.
