Candle Burning is one practice that we enjoy doing a lot. It can bring some very distinct & impressive benefits, but it does come with its own set of challenges too, as you can imagine. With that in mind, we created a list to include some of the major benefits of candle burning. If you’ve always wanted to know if it’s safe to use candles or not, you are in the right place.

  • What you will notice about Candle Burning is that you can also take candles with you anywhere you go. The idea is that you won’t have to worry about electricity, nor about carrying large items with you. It helps a lot, and it can provide you with an outstanding set of benefits! 

“Health hazards & Downsides”

 

As you can imagine, Candle Burning does come with its downsides. The major one is that when you burn candles, you create fire. Obviously, this is a huge hazard, and if you’re not careful, you can easily burn items like fabrics or pieces of paper. It may not seem like much at first, but this can lead to some major issues & large fires that can be hard to stop.

Candles are known to cause many house fires, so it’s crucial to monitor them when you use them for lighting. They can easily melt on your furniture & this can lead to extensive damage that you may want to avoid. They are eco-friendly, true, but the fact that you can damage your household items or put your health at risk can be incredibly challenging, to say the least.

Monitor your candles, keep them away from pets and small children. Make sure you burn them for no longer than 4hrs at a time, do not fall asleep with a candle burning & make sure your candle is burning in a safe space away from any debris. Remember, opting for Candle Burning is a very good idea, but it can also be very risky. So, make sure that you take care of your home when you want to burn candles, as results can be outstanding at all times. Do that & rest assured that the experience will be second to none in the end!

    I have always loved the smell of candles such as lavender, sage, mint they always seemed so relaxing and now that I know serve to boost your immune system im even more enlightened. Candles always relax me.
