A little something for you animal lovers

How many animal lovers do we have with us today??? Let’s see a show of hands… Ha! Being that we cannot see each other, you can put your hands down and enjoy the blog. Let’s dive right in! Our fur babies provide one of the most phenomenal feelings & bring an abundance of love & joy into our hearts & homes. From domesticated to exotic pets, their love comes with all of the above and a foul stench! So, the question of the day is… How do we eliminate these odors? One thing is certain, getting rid of our beloved animals is not an option! Here are a list of solutions that may help.

  1. Baths – Grooming costs can be a bit overwhelming. A quick bath in the tub or yard can save you a few bucks in regards to your pet expenses. Have you tried Burt’s Bees? A good wash is one of the most effective ways to rid your home of those stinky odors. This is one of our favorite brands! A quick shampoo, rinse & dry helps to eliminate odors for 2-3 weeks, while providing a safe & healthy experience for your pets skin.

  2. Sprays – Burt Bee’s and Chewy provide Odor Eliminating sprays. Scented & allergy free sprays are easy to use & do not contain harsh chemicals. Have your fur baby sit or lay down, give a few quick sprays and send your pet on their way. There are also sprays you can use to spray your furniture, clothes, etc… Problem is, if you don’t address the root of the problem, (our furry friends) those stinky odors will come right back, in most cases, they come back stronger than before.

  3. Candles – Have you checked out our Pet Odor Eliminator section? We offer a wide variety of scents to choose from. The aroma from these wickless candles linger long after the tealight has burned out. Apollonia’s Melts neutralize the odor while providing a calming atmosphere for you & your pets.

These are the top solutions to the issues we face. The odors each individual animal leaves behind can be problematic. Unexpected accidents, in-between bath days & outdoor play can easily lead up hundreds of dollars being spent. I mean think about it… laundry detergent, air fresheners & carpet cleaners, promise to rid odors permanently. The issue is, they only MASK the smell, which tends to frustrate us even more. We love our pets, so why not give them a playful yet pleasantly scented environment.

Thanks for stopping by. ♥

In love with this blog! We have 3 dogs so we know exactly how bad they can smell, especially after being outside in the rain. Burt’s Bees is a excellent product for our dogs skin. It doesn’t break them out and the scent from the soap is long-lasting.

Your intro has me cracking up. I really put my hand up. Ha! You are correct, getting rid of our pets is not an option. Especially when it comes down to things we can prevent. I am a fan of Burt Bees. I bathe my Pit twice a month and use their sprays to help keep that dog scent down in between baths. Its important to find a product that is gentle on both you and your pets skin.
